I just got word that I got a GIG Grant! Using this award and the St. Botoloph Foundation Grant I'll be taking my work into new territory. I plan to start 3D scanning and manufacturing parts of my sculptures with the aid of a computer and CAD equipment. My goal is to create a kind of digital hybrid where my handmade parts and such can now be manipulated and reproduced in greater numbers. Think: Gipetto discovers Hasbro.

In June I received a 2011 Saint Botolph Club Foundation Emerging Artist Grant. The Foundation also awarded me with the Amelia Peabody Award for Sculpture.
